Zone1 how to be saved?

Acts 16:30-33

30 And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved?

31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
The devil is in the details.

This is a prime example of how some take a verse and run with it and it only. All you have to do is read John 3:5 and you find out there is more than just believing in Jesus Christ. "Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the Kingdom of God." Mark 16:16 says, "He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned." So, it's not just believing that saves. In fact their are 4 basic principles of the Gospel for Salvation and Exaltation in the highest degree in heaven, "First, Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ; second, Repentance; third Baptism by immersion for the remission of sins; fourth, Laying on of hands for the gift of the Holy Ghost."

True belief in Jesus Christ is to do the works that Jesus asks us to do. You go out and murder, steal, commit adultery, etc and then claim that you believed in Jesus Christ will not bring you salvation. Repentance and believing in Jesus enough to follow his teachings is true belief or true faith. Like the Apostle James declared:

James 2:14-26
14 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?
15 If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food,
16 And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit?
17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.
19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.
20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?
21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?
22 Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect?
23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.
24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.
25 Likewise also was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way?
26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

Although it is not the works, in and of themselves, that save us but that they are required by the Lord before he will grant his saving grace upon us.

Matthew 7:21
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

you cant mix law with grace- either SALVATION IS A FREE GIFT OR NOT.

We have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. The gift of salvation is a gift. Our works do not earn us any salvation. However, Jesus has required us to do the will of our Father in heaven and to keep his commandments before he will grant his gift upon us to enter into the kingdom of heaven. The gift of resurrection is a gift given to all mankind regardless of their behavior. But finding entrance into the kingdom of heaven requires us to do the will of God.

Matthew 7:21
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

What is the will of God? He wishes for us to repent and to obey his commandments and to do good to all mankind. There will be a judgement and we will be judged according to our works.

Revelation 20:12
12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

Who says?
The Apostle Paul teaches this in the book of Romans in the New Testament:

Romans 3:23-24
23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

like.....
Many Christian religions have different beliefs about Jesus, so what does "believing in Him" really mean? Is it up to each individual to decide, or is it a matter of accepting specific church teachings? Who gets into Heaven and who doesn't?

What does "we all" mean to you? Here's a hint: It was onefour1 who said it.
I told you; Paul's fellow Jews. Paul's addressing Jews in Romans chapter 3
I can possibly comment on what Paul may or may not have said (again, maybe) but I am quoting onefour1 so, I don't know why you've stuck your nose into it.
It's an open discussion, and I was just agreeing that one four is wrong.

I've never met him. How can he say I have sinned?
Paul, as well as all of the Apostles of Jesus Christ were directly taught by the Christ himself, who is God. It is basic Christian doctrine that all mankind that have ever been born on this earth outside of Jesus himself have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Jesus is known as the Savior of the world. In other words, it is in and through him that mankind can be saved. Through Jesus all mankind will resurrect and through him only can we all seek and obtain forgiveness of sin.
