I even broke it down for her yesterday by the numbers. 435 (242 Rs and 190 Ds) in the House and 100 (47 Rs- 51 Ds and 2 Is) in the Senate. If you add the Republicans in the House and Senate together you get 291 Republicans and 242 Dems. Just because the Republicans have more doesn't mean they control congress. For either party to control Congress they would have to have the majority in both

I don't think she even considers that independents are the largest group.
