Let's face it. What they are saying is we cut the funding that doesn't stop the rapes, but cures any diseases caused by the rapes so the victims can remain healthy and be raped again. If we were to do something that would actually help stop the problem, like say send a policing force to aid their country's police these same idiot leftist would scream "colonialism" and condemn that. Again, months ago? They quit delivering the kits in February, the Congo reported they only had a few months supply, so your timelines are very questionable but I don’t think you are looking to be honest, you are looking to stir up divisions.
