How soon Will the Capital Markets Move?

Taxes in Chicago are so high that the futures markets have multiple relocation sites in hand.

A relatively few exchange jobs have been moved from NYC to TN already. Exchange market relocation sites are claimed to be just back up sites.

So my question is how will it affect me and other members of the board, if it does so, when the Wall Street heavy hitters leave for lower tax jurisdictions?
