Christian, because we are a nation of Laws, every defendant is deserving a day in court, regardless of his or her crime. Unless the officers life or others are in danger and deadly force must be used, all of that 4% deserves a day in court, just as their white counter parts are granted. And until that dismal 4% consists of your child, your loved one, you have no right to bring numbers to a discussion that speaks only on unarmed blacks...understand?
