How Negative is Sentiment?

The Markets do not seem to be headed anywhere. The trade truce sure looks like a nothingburger. With no dividends or premiums in sight at least in my corner of the market and at least some mandatory distributions coming up early in the new year there should be something going on more money on the sidelines, net selling, net buying but I don't see any. My guess is that the market will drift lower as less money is left in the market.
