With 25% of USA population school age or less than 8/1,000th of 1%!

Wrong.

When you get the virus, your body creates antibodies that attack the virus. Those antibodies persist, and prevent the virus from replicating in you, the host, and therefore you don't get infected with the virus to the level that you could transmit it to others.

The immune response effectively eliminates the virus if the host recovers. The antibodies actually bind to the virus and make it non-infectious.
