It's going to occur before 2028 in my estimation. In terms of global influence, military and economic weight. I think the $1.9T "covid" budget reinforces this point. It's a bail-out for poor managers, politicians and business leaders alike, very little directly to citizens, and, it will be one of how many such ballooning budgets? Politicians are selling out their futures without long-term plan.

I don't own U.S dollars, so I won't be holding the bag on that one. I doubt billionaires will be either, at least not at first. If the anti-Trump GOP would have supported Trump more in his first two years, you could have built the wall fully and reigned in spending to some degree. It seems no one understand the economic and security risks that are associated with such massive debt, coupled with constant spending and increased citizens (and non-citizen) "obligations".
