It's tragic how black people (in particular) have been so thoroughly brainwashed to give away their power to the ruling class. "White silence is violence" is just indicative of a message that says "white people need to do it all for me." That message is so deeply encoded with powerlessness that they've all but given up ever being truly free and self-determinant simply because of the color of their skin. That's exactly what the ruling class wanted for all of us, not just black people. They were the sacrificial lamb in teaching those with any amount of power left within the thoroughly corrupt system how to give their power away as well.

Agreed totally, it's not exclusive to black folks. But it's much more pervasive with them as there's barely any history there where black people had any amount of control. That's because they were closest to nature: closest to how humans are meant to live. Not talking about in loincloths in the jungle but within small tribes that respect the sovereignty of the people/tribes nearby. Africa is the most ethnically diverse continent on the planet and it's not even close and that can only happen after centuries and centuries of ideal nationalism, essentially.

The weight of that from the collective conscious is unbearable. You either have the strength to muster the ability to make something of yourself against literally all odds or you succumb to what the world is telling you: that you'll never amount to anything because of the color of your skin. I don't believe you have the proper compassion here and are falling prey to the idea that life on Earth is a contest or competition or something like that. It's not, and that overarching theme is one of the central reasons for why we've arrived here.

To your point though, yes, responsibility for everything that happens to you is ultimately on you, and it goes way beyond just this one lifetime we have here on Earth. It's easy to say that "well a black kid can't help that he was born black" but that's actually not true. Every single one of us is where we are because we chose to be. It has to do with the karmic cycle. What happened in your previous life decides where you go in this next life. If you're brutal white slave owner in one life then you might incarnate into a poor black kid the next life to experience what life is like on the other side. In that instance, your goal is to learn compassion, the err of your ways, taking control of your own destiny, etc. It's very tough: Earth is a masterclass for this type of stuff, not unlike how Harvard is harder than your local community college. Getting a degree from Harvard means something more (or used to anyway) because it's harder and not just anyone can do it.

So yes, ultimately the only people that can help black people are black people, and the same goes for anyone else. What you're seeing right now with the riots is black people finally trying to take their power back, they're just going about it the wrong way.

When you look at existence itself, it's all about threes. The holy trinity if you will. Existence is all about them being in harmony. It's the same in politics/civics as well. Right now, what do you have: Conservatives, Progressives and Libertarians (i don't consider "liberals" a real category anymore as libertarians bear the torch of real liberalism). Don't look at what's wrong with them, look at what each has that the other two don't:

1. Conservatives have faith. Ignore organized religion and look deeper: they have faith. Faith in something larger than just us.
2. Progressives have heart. They feel deeply and they're so outraged at the current system because they know it's bullshit and they're right.
3. Libertarians have principle. They place the utmost importance on personal freedom and liberty and do not waiver from that, ever.

As far as what they don't have, i'd say libertarians most lack heart (but plenty of fath as well), conservatives most lack principle and progressives most lack faith (but plenty if principle as well), but either way each 3 are pretty lacking in what the other is strong in. It's no coincidence that the three groups are strong in one area and lacking in the others: united we stand, divided we fall. The wisdom of those words goes well beyond a measly nation though: it applies to the entire human race.
