At 6:00 even, Jeffries says "Current Federal law is clear. Taxpayer dollars cannot be spent on Medicaid or Medicare or the affordable care act related to undocumented immigrants. And not a single Democrat has raised the issue of trying to reverse that federal law."

We are told often that the slightest cuts to Medicaid, Medicare, or the Affordable Care Act - even "cuts" that are reductions in planned increases - will lead to large numbers of deaths.

So where are all the dead illegals killed by being excluded from these programs? Where are they buried? Since Democrats support that law, like Hakeem said, is there a bi-partisan effort to hide them in mass graves?

I do care about less fortunate Americans, though. MAGA should back off this latest attempt to kick millions of Americans (many poor, many simply independent contractors and business people trying to buy affordable care) out of the insurance market, without a care, whether they have insurance or not. We blow enough on corporate welfare, we can afford to take care of our people, not on corporate plans, as many companies dropped their plans when the Affordable Care Plan became available. Times have simply changed. PJ and I were always covered under two family plan, military/commercial through employer or both from commercial through employer. I remember when my daughter was born, paying off the hospital to the tune of $29 bucks and change. One of my sons, had a lung infection, literally eat a hole through his lung. The hospital, the doctors, specialist, imaging, experimental meds. The bills to get him through it were huge, many times the price of our house, but with two Cadillac family plans, the monetary costs to us were insignificantly small.
Health insurance is very important. MAGA Republicans in the Trump administration should reconsider their position, why they take it, and what it means about them as human beings.

Why did the Democrats vote for the COVID subsidy to expire at the end of this year, if it is so important?

Is the name "Affordable Care Act" a lie? Because Democrats are now arguing that health care is unafordable, without subsidies that were not part of the "Affordable Care Act." Should we have invested the $2,500 that Obama claimed we would save if we passed Jonathan Gruber's plan? What did you do with yours?
