But, yeah, guy, real world, this shit happens all the time. Mostly because just like 75% of people who are injured by their doctors don't file malpractice suits, most employees who are victims of employer misconduct don't sue, either.

It's an expensive, drawn out process that costs lots of money and takes years, and it generally renders you unemployable because your name will come up on a background check as "that guy who sued his last employer".

It's generally easier to just move on and find a new job, and that's what most of these folks did.

Now, ideal world, you'd have strong union representation.
