And this record collection of nearly $1 trillion in payroll taxes... HALF comes from employers!

Yet how many ignorant people want corporate taxes raised!
Want the minimum wages raised to $15.00/hour?

Both of which simply means more costs to an employer. More costs that are either:
1) PASSED ON TO THE CONSUMER
2) Absorbed and the employer says..."hey I'm not making any money any more!...Close the doors!"

In which case the only losers in this are the employees/the consumer and yes the rest of us taxpayers!

Of 2,600,000 workers with wages at or below the federal minimum made up 3.3 percent of all hourly paid workers.
- Ages 16 to 24 (mostly unmarried with no children) made up 1.15 million.
- Ages 25 and older, some of whom MAY have a family...) 1.4 million.
