Philly and Baltimore are horrific and 4th world
NYC in massive decline
DC is a dump and getting worse and worse


Yet ..Boston seems ok ???

Despite Wu's best efforts she has not been able to geld the Boston PD. In fact they have got her into some trouble with her enemies list.

Strong PD, safer city.

Sort of like NOtVA, drive from DC across the Key Bridge into Virginia and the crime rate drops four fold or better.

They are as liberal as any blue area in the country but they fund their JBT PDs to the hilt.
