I understand that this is absolutely "an old story" for the USA. However, I believe we can prevent such kind of incidents. We really need revise the 2nd amendment.

Next thing you know neo-liberals will want to take our scissors because they are "arms".

Man buys Machete? How does this pertain to the second amendment?

You really think all "arms" hafta go BOOM?
According to Miller vs US a sawed off shot gun is not a protected firearm. It must some reasonable relationship to the preservation or efficiency of a well regulated militia, supplied by the militia members and be of military style firearms the kind in common use at the time. So yes it must go boom.

Nice infographic, Dullard.

It really demonstrates the dumb-ass mentality of those nutters who hide under their beds, a-polishing up them guns fer when "they" come.

If you have a Selective Service card, you ARE the well-regulated militia. And you can supply yourself with whatever weapon you deem reasonable to carry out combat operations.

Haven't you heard?

These "militias" want to be ready to pull out their popguns and take out the biggest military in the history of the world.

Militia could be part of any sort of operation. Even a guerrilla defense force in time of invasion. Or of course, against a usurper. But that war was lost in 1865.

You do realize that the US Military would likely never take up arms against citizens protesting the infringement of their rights by a rogue, Progressive dictator.
Our military is already pretty disillusioned by the C in C.

You do realize this makes you sound like a military lead by a republican C.C would, right?
Or did you mean in general, not currently?

Unless you figure that our own military would carpet bomb their own country, then they would be reduced to using the same "popguns" we have.

What I mean is that I find it unlikely that the US Military would support any President that tried to disarm or otherwise infringe the rights of We the People.

You are part of the UNORGANIZED militia.
(a) The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and, except as provided in section 313 of title 32, under 45 years of age who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States and of female citizens of the United States who are members of the National Guard.
(b) The classes of the militia are—
(1) the organized militia, which consists of the National Guard and the Naval Militia; and
(2) the unorganized militia, which consists of the members of the militia who are not members of the National Guard or the Naval Militia.
