That changed with the obamacare decisison....roberts changed the original ruling to make obamacare constitutional then on this ruling he changed it again..........they can now change the law on their own..........that is the problem when judges make laws.....they have lifetime appointments and so cannot be removed without impeachment...they were never meant to create laws because they didn't like what congress put together....

What worried me was when a lower court, in San Francisco ignored Heller and Macdonald, and the Supreme Court decided not to hear it.....it takes 4 Justices to vote to hear a case........and they couldn't get 4 votes...that means roberts is probably completely gone......
