They even slashed fed public housing budget by 17B while increasing the private prison budget by 19B effectively making prisons the number one housing 4 the urban poor (no wonder homeless rose so, but they dont mentioned that). This was Clinton/Biden.

Things like sleeping in a cardboard box or jumping turnstiles should not be considered crimes...it's inhumane and it clogs up the prisons

if we can't afford to help the poor, my friends, neither can we afford to go on tormenting them!
