How, exactly, would it be done to prove Trump did not declassify those documents?

Republicans are insisting that this be done. Its of course silly to expect someone to prove a negative. Republicans secretly know this because they can provide an answer on how this would be done.

I’ll ask again: how could it be proven that Trump did not declassify those documents? What specific theoretical evidence would be needed for this to be done?

Call the people who work in that arena and ask did he ever follow the formal steps to declassify these documents. Pretty straight forward.

You fucking clod.

You have to PROVE that Trump broke a law.

You can't. You are literally turning American jurisprudence on its head.

The government is already going to say they found no evidence that he declassified the documents.

The case is going to come down to evidence. The government will contend that they found no evidence he declassified the documents. That’s all they have to do lol

If Kash Patel testifies that he heard Trump de-classify the documents, that part of the government’s case is over.

What else they got, again?

Can you get a conviction and if you fail you do understand the damage this will do to the nation and even if you win you do understand the damage that will be done?
Conviction is definitely up in the air, but this sure as hell would not damage the nation.
That is some drama queen thinking right there lol. Seriously fuck Trump. That moronic, whiny little bitch, at this point, is inconsequential to having any negative effect on the nation.

Its time to start impeaching the current installed invalid. When the Rs take the house they've already been instructed. If they fail to do so, they'll pay dearly in 2024.

It is how landlords prove someone didn't pay the rent and credit card companies prove someone didn't make their payment. Get someone to say so. After that, it is up to the other side to disprove it.
