How does a recount even work ??

If the USSC says no ..then even they have been dragged into the swamp and it’s over

If it's done like here in WA several years ago for the Governor race......they recount the existing votes, statewide

Yes, existing votes are counted, but there is a question about voting machines being fixed to count inaccurately. So recounts should be done by hand, or using a different companies' machines, NOT the same machines.

If I remember correctly it is done by hand ( recount ) and that is why it cost a lot of money to do it...
