No, the only place on Earth that has ice 2.5 miles thick today is the 40+ million year old continent specific ice age on Antarctica, the one that has 90% of Earth ice.
So, according to you, the glacier on Chicago was vastly different than the one today on Antarctica. How so??

We are still waiting for an explanation of why there is ice age glacier on Greenland south of the Arctic Circle, and trees and moose north of the Arctic Circle in Alaska....

This is "McBullshit cycles" "science." The plates never move. Ice ages happen at "Dennis Quaide speed."
In reality, the plates actually do move, and 20 million years ago, Greenland was 400-1000 miles SE from where it is now, while North America was the same distance NE from now.
And that is why North America was frozen down to Chicago 20 million years ago and Greenland had no ice at all 20-2 million years ago.
Unless you believe 2.5 mile thick glacier on CHICAGO is 75k years old...

Abu has been asked over and over to explain why there is ice age glacier on Greenland south of the Arctic Circle, and trees and moose north of the Arctic Circle in Alaska.

They have 130k years of data out of Greenland ice cores... and of course an ice core from a glacier doesn't go all the way down, it just scoops from the data that is conveniently good at the top.
Explain how it took Antarctica 40+ million years to get 2.5 mile thick glaciers but Chicago (from Northern Canada no less) took 75k...
Explain how Chicago glaciers 2.5 miles thick are 75k years old while Antarctic glaciers 2.5 miles thick have 800k years of good ice core data....

Hardly. Every researcher who studied the issue prior to 2010 came to that same conclusion. Anyone who thinks a glacier 2.5 miles high is not millions of years old is a complete glacier moron.
The simple truth, as explained over and over, is that the tectonic plate movement had North America in ice age (within 600 miles of the Pole) for 30-50 million years. Greenland is now where North America was 30-50 million years ago, and got the same result = continent specific ice age.
