Seems using private email to hide actions as a govt employee is common practice across the spectrum. Any suggestions?
Schneiderman Used a Secret Alternate Email Address While Pursuing #ExxonKnew Crusade
New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, who has spearheaded the #ExxonKnew crusade, has repeatedly refused to turn over emails under open records laws – and new court documents provide yet another reason why he might want to keep them hidden.

It turns out Schneiderman definitely used a private email address to conduct official business while he has been embroiled in his Exxon investigation.

...and it will never be against the law, because every congressman and senator uses their private email address, every now and then.

It is illegal in instances.....and using them to avoid open records law should be prosecuted.

turn a blind eye while corruption runs rampant.....great plan

Wouldn't you think the NY attorney general would know better than secretly use the internet after the debacle of Carlos Danger? The problem with democrats politicians is that they are still convinced that they are smarter than everyone else even when the democrat party lost almost every important election in the last eight years.
