What charge was officially made, moron. That's right--there was none. It was an investigation. Identifying info of witnesses to a POSSIBLE crime is required. She was obviously, maliciously or capriciously obstructing an official investigation and wasting tax $$$. If YOU were assaulted in a public park and you reported it to the authorities, how would YOU react if those authorities just said, "meh, the person you claim assaulted you doesn't want to talk to us." I'll tell you how you'd react. You would be whining to high heaven about how you weren't being protected from violence.
