Because they made it clear she was not accused of anything. They were conducting a criminal investigation that she admitted being a party to. They explained that calmly and clearly multiple times. Personally, I think they molly coddled her and after the third time of her blatant obstruction of justice, she should have been slammed face down on the ground and taken downtown to be questioned in the jail while she awaited charges of obstruction.

Of course she was accused. Why else would they even be talking to her? Somebody made an accusation, and the police were going on that accusation. She had every right to know what she was suspected of doing.

For the sake of brevity, I just called her a Democrat but based on everything we see about her...ok.. she is leaning in that direction. She could be antifa? democratic socialist? You are bouncing all over the place, aren't you? Making a complaint against another citizen is an accusation, dumb ass. That accusation is the full basis for the cops to even be talking to her. I said they should have told her what that accusation was, any of the multiple times she asked.
