What the heck is going on here?

A). It's not Tulsi, she's only been at this for a year, it is up to our intelligence and Iran has been very proactive in trying to conceal everything they do.

B). My guess is that they have very few boost-assisted medium range missiles and launched these two in a last-ditch effort to surprise us enough to back down a little at least temporarily out of fear of more important targets being hit.

Those might have been the only two they had or they might have a few more.

My guess is that the Chinese have been helping them in this regard.

And guess who helped the chinese by giving them secret Loral missile technology???

DUDE... No, we shot it down, which means we know where it originated inside Iran.

If Tulsi insisted that Iran doesn’t have the weapons they just used, it’s pretty clear that US intelligence assessment was wrong.

It was not known outside Iran that they had missiles with 4000km range. It was believed that their max range was half that. The 4,000km range puts Western Europe "in play."

This is actually a positive development from the U.S. side, as it motivates our NATO allies to recognize their direct stake in this conflict, over and above their interest in the Strait of Hormuz.
