If you actually want to understand what is going on in the world the NY Times is not the place to find out. The Times has a filter. All news goes through that filter. Bari Weiss’ resignation letter explains the atmosphere at this newspaper better than anyone outside could describe it Resignation Letter — Bari Weiss. It’s not just that articles, supposed news articles, are slanted. It is all the news items they do not cover, or cover cursorily and then bury. The NY Times journalistic dirty tricks have been known for decades, but with the Trump presidency they have upped the ante and their manipulation of the news has become more apparent to more people.

There is a new generation at the NY Times that is more radical and less subtle (like the Asian editor with a history of lurid anti-white, anti-male tweets, yet she was hired anyway). Their recklessness is making obvious what many have known — the NY Times has an agenda.

I got my first chuckle of the day when I read the thread title.

I am guessing that even liberals were chuckling.

We all know that the Times for the last four years has fashioned itself into a comfort blanket for Dems who were still in shock at the 2016 election results.

Its digital subs grew to a huge number as downhearted liberals turned to it each morning to get some strength to face the day.

Now that it has gotten President Trump out of office, I can only hope that it gets the comeuppance that it so richly deserves.

I agree with DJ Trump. The NYT is FAKE NEWS. I call it the "New York Slime."
I call the WashPost "The Washington Pest."

If only 21 percent of the readers think it's credible, wtf is wrong with the 79% who are still reading it?

They may be using the Classified Ads to find something or advertise. The article does not say the 79% are still reading it. It says they did at one time.

I read The New York Times among others primarily to know what jews want me to believe; The Algemeiner, The Forward, and the JTA to know what jews in America believe; Haaretz, The Times of Israel, and The Jerusalem Post to know what Israel believes; and The Daily Stormer, Renegade Tribune, and /pol/ to know what's true. It's important to have the full range of lies to compare against the facts. Nothing else will help you see patterns quite like that approach.

My only question for you is from where are you collecting the "facts" in this day and age?

I literally just told you. Intelligence experience also helps separate the truth from the bullshit.

I wouldn't even wipe my ass with that pathetic rag.

Why is red team any better than blue team when they both have the same boss?

From the South end of a North bound bull.

I would trust a literal pile of bullshit faster than jew propaganda. Unfortunately that's what our entire MSM has become. The only real disagreement between factions is in how to jew me and mine more efficiently.

It's better than CNN. You can tear it up and throw it away.

The NYT is essentially the paper of record in the nation. That and the WaPO. But they made the decision to be behind a paywall on their website. So they are not was widely read as they should be. And that's too bad.

AP and NPR are pretty much the gold standard and have resisted the paywall.

I don't find any of the mainstream print or news to be credible in any way, shape or form. I have learned to do my own research to find the truth. I turned off the mainstream outlets years and years ago. Not to mention when you look into Operation Mockingbird you see that the MSM is just another arm of the CIA in putting out propaganda and trying to mind control the public. The real virus in this world is the lamestream media.
