Is it really an honest question or another attempt to demonize an entire population for the crimes of a few?
I think that is an honest question.
Have you never thought about this question on your own? If you have, have you thought deeply? I have thought about this myself and all I can really say here is that I don't believe that anyone who has not suffered through a multigenerational occupation that has unleashed unimaginable brutality can answer your question. We all have opinions, but none of us have been there.
I have never been in my home, had the door kicked in by soldiers and had to watch my parents being beaten. I never had to watch my mother being raped at knife point as my family and I were tied up. I have never seen my child's lifeless body, in pieces, or maybe burnt beyond recognition from a terrorist's firebomb or a governments warplane, but what's the difference at that point... to me?
I have never had my home demolished, let alone my entire town, to then only be able to sit back and watch the very people who demolished my town build a town of their own on top of where my family existed for centuries.
I have never even had friends or family who were gunned down as they prayed, and then have had to watch the support for the mass murderer given by my very oppressors.
I could go on with why none of us here can really know, but I think you get the point.
