Of course the House is trying to erase history. That's just like North Korea. They deleted all history before the Supreme Leader came to power. Hell, their calendar doesn't even match the rest of the world.
To brainwash the youth you must not expose them to history so they can't think critically about the choices you are making. Without history the kids lack context.
