There was debate ,with many different opinions on every issue. Each side was able to express their opinion. Everybody's opinion and desires could not be satisfied. To create a country, write our Constitution, required compromise. Our founding fathers did just that, compromise. Without compromise no country. They formally created the congressional hall for the future leaders to do exactly what they did to create our nation; have a full airing of all opinions and in the end final decisions must be made. The decisions cannot be made without compromise. Without compromise our country does not move forward. Our country is in gridlock.
