Do ALL liberals honestly feel like we are progressing?
Do ALL conservative really feel like we are regressing?

Is it that simple? Anyone willing to admit otherwise or to being neutral or not sure....?

Progressivism is usually defined as liberals moving their agenda forward. I am sure some liberals are more center oriented, so certainly not ALL.

Not all conservatives are on the middle to far right either, so again, ALL is not accurate.

So, what do you feel is the defining "differentiators" between a "liberal" and a "progressive" ?

It is a sliding scale. A liberal can go to the point they expound conservative ideas such as individual freedom.
