sure, they find fraud and waste and the next day they are mounting a massive search and seizure, our government does not work that fast, first they need to identify, have credible evidence, get warrants, etc

most of this waste if probably from insurance companies, they cannot just arrest the CEO on a whim

who's going to pay back the fraud, the money they stole/overcharged? good luck with that
