Hmmm...remember when the black teenager school shooter was released on bail...yeah, that one. Were his parents arrested?

A family spokeswoman has claimed that he acted out of self-defense after being robbed and targeted by bullies.

They say out of self-defense
I thought you supported the self-defense claim.

He was underage carrying an illegal gun onto a school campus and shot 3 people....

He was allowed bail and was out in a day...........

Did his parent/parents give him the gun? Which would be illegal, and were they arrested?

He brought an illegal gun onto a school campus......there is no legal doubt the gun was carried and used illegally.....

Does the kid have a previous record?

And that is the only similarity.

What is different?

Did you read your own article?

Timothy George Simpkins, 18, who attends Timberview High School in Arlington, will report to home confinement after he posted $75,000 bond at Tarrant County Jail, news station WFAA reported.

He is 18, an adult in the system. Old enough to legally buy a gun. Nothing in your article says anything about the parents, but since he is not a minor they are not responsible for him, so why would they be arrested?

The article also says nothing about a party. Did you make that up or is there another article?

Ya…about that….that isn’t exactly honest is it?

There were two incidents.

The first, the day before the shooting: a teacher found him searching for ammunition on his cellphone and reported it. The parents were contacted.

Referencing that incident, the prosecutor said that after school officials contacted Jennifer Crumbley, she exchanged text messages with her son on that day saying, "lol, I'm not mad at you, you have to learn not to get caught."

The second, the next day, before the shooting:

McDonald said that in a second reported incident a teacher found a drawing on the morning of the shooting, showing a gun pointing at words that read “the thoughts won’t stop, help me” and someone being shot twice.

"At the meeting James and Jennifer Crumbley were shown the drawing and were advised that they were required to get their son into counseling within 48 hours," she said.

Two hours after that meeting, Ethan Crumbley left a bathroom with a loaded handgun and started shooting, the sheriff said on Tuesday. He allegedly killed four students and injured seven other people.

McDonald added that his parents "failed to ask their son if he had his gun with him or where his gun was located and failed to inspect his backpack for the presence of the gun, which he had with him."

“The thoughts won’t stop”….if ever there was a cry for help that is it.

What “far more evidence“? What party?

In terms of bail, if you read your own article there is a list of conditions including home confinement and a monitor.

The only truth is you make false equivalencies.

Can't buy a handgun at 18 shithead...

Searching for ammo? And kids who hunt with their family? Think they search for ammo?

And the school, after the meeting did nothing....since they did not percieve him to be an immediate and deadly threat at the time...right? If they did, they could have contacted the police, or maybe if they had a police resource officer on campus, since it was a high school.......they could have brought the student to the office, and searched his locker and backpack...

But they didn't see him as an immediate and deadly threat, you dumb ass....

Shit head...

The student, who was charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, was seen in videos shared in social media enjoying a celebratory family gathering in his kitchen, The Sun reported.

Meanwhile, 15-year-old student Zacchaeus Selby, who was struck four times during the gunfire, remained hospitalized in an induced coma, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

“Zacchaeus is a bright young and respectful individual who lit up a room every time with his presence,” according to a GoFundMe account set up to raise money for his medical expenses and legal costs.

So..the day before he was looking up ammo........

The same day, the parents had a meeting...

They were told by the principal to get him counseling...

Do you know what they decided to do as they left that meeting....you fucking dumb ass...?

A complicated situation......within a very tiny period of time...for all we know......you idiot.....

Meanwhile......a black teenager who actually shot 3 people gets bail......it wasn't just a scary picture with scary words....an actual shooting, and he is released on bail, and given a party.....

What is to stop him from shooting more people?

Well, "you fucking dumbass", we know what they didn't do. They didn't check for the gun.

A complicated situation......within a very tiny period of time...for all we know......you idiot.....

As are ALL these situations..."you idiot".

Meanwhile......a black teenager who actually shot 3 people gets bail......

You must have missed this tiny detail...the white teen actually shot and killed 4 people and wounded 7 others.

What is to stop him from shooting more people?

Ask the judge who gave him bail. Not everyone who shoots someone is going to go out and shoot more people.

The defense attorney stated in court that the gun was actually locked…..

And on the day of the attack they knew nothing other than the picture and the writings….and shithead……the school obvious didn’t think there was an imminent threat since they didn’t call the police, detain he kid, or search him when the parents were there…..you dumb ass

The black teenager shot 3 people in school grounds….you moron….shot 3 people on school grounds….what part of that is more less of a warning than a picture? A picture which is all the school and the parents had to go on before the shooting………

They gave bail to someone they knew was willing to carry an illegal gun and to shoot people in a school…you idiot.

yes, he had wonderful white privilege.

Obviously, the school fucked up here, but the parents should have known their own child was disturbed and they gave him a gun anyway. They live with him every day. The teachers maybe have an hour with him a day each, divided among 30 other kids, and even THEY could tell something was wrong here.

I'm all for holding these gun nut parents accountable... I know it terrifies the hell out of your fetishist cult. You might actually start having to take responsibility.

Yup. They gave him bail because everyone has a right to bail in non-capital cases.... this isn't a capital case.

But...no.

The parents in the one case have been arrested....the parents in the case of the black teenager have not been arrested....even though he did shoot 3 people on public school grounds...and knowing this, he was given bail and released in one day...

Meanwhile, with a scary picture, the anti-gun extremists are calling the parents in the school shooting responsible.....while the other parents gave their school shooting a party when he got out on bail......
The more recent shooting has fatalities which is why it is more severe compared to the earlier shotting.

God bless you always!!!

What warning did the school and the parents have for the black teenager? Let’s keep this apples to apples.

The white teenager shot 11 people, killing four, on school grounds. So what is your point? Is it about the bail? Different states, for one. For another he is under home confinement with a monitor. Do you know anything about his background? Your first question, did he have priors? Interesting. Is that because he is black? There Is another aspect here as well, mental health. Is there any indication of serious mental health issues that could influence bail or present a public threat? Don’t know about the black kid, but for the white kid?

That picture and words with it, combined with the fact they had recently bought a gun, were very disturbing.

They gave bail to Rittenhouse too. The black kid claimed “self defense” didn’t he? Up to the courts.

Why are you trying to make this about race?

This is the world you gun nuts created..

Again, you created the "I can shoot people if I feel mildly threatened" precedent.... you need to learn to live with it.

The world you guys created?

Europe took guns away from their citizens...then murdered 12 million innocent, men, women and children..........

That is more people murdered....not war dead, simply murdered by the socialists....than 87 years of criminals in the U.S. using guns to murder each other......where 70-80% of the victims are not innocent men, women and children, but criminals engaged in the criminal lifestyle...

At the same time, legal gun owners in the U.S. use their legal guns 1.2 million times a year to save lives...from rape, robbery, murder, beatings and stabbings......

Did you miss out on the people killed by capitalist nations practicing colonialism and imperialism? Germany never did disarm its citizens, just the Jews.
