Socialism is socialism. There are not "two forms" of it at all.

Socialism is when there is social ownership.

If there is social ownership of business it is "Socialism" and if it's something else like infrastructure, health care, something less than the means of production, then it's "socialism" or "socialized-"

How can you have "class socialism"? You have the workers owned by the state? I don't know.

Russian Socialism was based on the fact that the Soviet government controlled and ran the means of production. End of.

You need to learn about the foundation of the Nazi Party.

At the beginning there were socialists. Then others joined, people like Hitler and Goebbels and they changed the party, but kept the name.

Though, in a sense there was socialism, the German state had a lot of control over business, but there were still lots of private businesses. The question is, how private was a private business? Well, like China, there's a blur here.
