I will admit I haven't watched the vid, so the following is just based on my own thoughts: Even though they were kids, some of them could still act in a deranged way, and this would still constitute some kind of threat. For example, the person who threw themselves on the car, to me that is a very dangerous behavior and it suggests to me that the person isn't mentally well. I would be a bit alarmed.
