I wasn't told anything. I saw the thread, watched the video and immediately concluded that the thread title was a lie.

This particular lie was started directly by Trump in an email where the written transcript used the word are instead of aren't. Fact checkers, after some technical analysis of the recorded speech, have given the Trump misinterpretation a rating of pants on fire lie.
