Now that we have the first ethnic minority First Lady of the USA (Michelle Obama), people around the world feel more comfortable talking about strange stuff: "The German Lufthansa stewardess is the modern muse of globalization."

Mrs. Clinton's visit to India not only represents East-West intrigue as it pertains to new age American politics, but it also opens doors to new kinds of journalism: "Are women the new diplomats of a populism dialogue 'graffiti art?'"

The world outside the USA is no stranger to female diplomacy (i.e., Indira Gandhi, Benazir Bhutto, Golda Meir, Margaret Thatcher, etc.).
