Waiting on the Cowardly Dante!!
Just another day of new corruption releases by FBI.

The FBI released edited documents from their Clinton Email Investigation a few weeks ago.

From the FBI website:

Hillary Rodham Clinton served as U.S. Secretary of State from January 21, 2009 to February 1, 2013. The FBI conducted an investigation into allegations that classified information was improperly stored or transmitted on a personal e-mail server she used during her tenure.

-------snip------

In part 3 of their release the FBI reports on Cheryl Mills ordering technicians to delete emails by BleachBit.

Hello? They had the right to delete, wipe clean, bleach bit or whatever, any personal or private or even general email on that server... the subpoena was for govt emails from her time as secretary of State, no? Subpoenas have to be specific, not some random wide net with no purpose.

It was for the recovery of any gvt emails for their archival, and to secure any classified information.

According to the GOP, deleting an e-mail or using a server (they have no idea what a server is) is enough to implicate and convict anybody in the country of committing a crime.

Wrong-a-Reno Careless, if they deleted any documents that were pertinent to the investigation then that is obstruction. So let's say there was an email from Bleachbit listing all the documents that were deleted, if any of those documents were government docs, well sugar pie that is OBSTRUCTION. Of course one has to wonder why the bulldyke would go to the effort of bleaching emails about grandkids and yoga. Sorry dear, your narrative just doesn't hold.

They did not have the right to delete ANYTHING related to State Department business from the private Server or any device.

HILLARY said she turned over ALL work related e-mails, but the FBI found thousands of work related e-mails that were NOT turned over.

THAT IS ILLEGAL.

she should have turned over her private server and EVERY SINGLE E-MAIL ON IT to the State Department and allowed THEM to vet the e-mails for work related/personal e-mails.

What exactly are you defending, CARE4ALL? Are you contending that Hillary Clinton did not do anything wrong with regards to her e-mails?

were they bleached before or after someone checked to make sure they were only personal emails?

Yes, they do, but WHY BOTHER! Let's assume you had a husband, you walk into his office and he quickly starts shutting down his computer and deleting the history. Would you not be a little alarmed at why he felt the need to do that at the very moment you walked in?

who is this phantom checker that can go through her private business emails without a subpoena....?

Department regs says no private and personal emails are to be sent to the gvt archives, if the emplyee is uncertain, then they should ask a supervisor with more knowledge if they think it belongs in the gvt records....well, there is no one higher than the SOS to make that decision.

So you would not be suspicious of your husband saying, " hey, before you use my computer I have to clear the search history, and change my email password. You don't mind do you sweetie."

NIce deflection.

The FBI asked the person they were investigating to hand over all work related emails.
She said she did.

then bleached her 'personal' emails.

Somehow, tens of thousands of more work related emails show up.

and then tens of thousands more.

and we only have HER word that the ones deleted were 'personal'.

only a koolaid chugging partisan fool would believe her

I agree and I heard on the news yesterday that Podesta sent an email telling them to "dump" the emails. Had that baby in black and white right on the TV.

Sounds sorta like they have something to hide.

If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck then the chances are pretty damned good that it a fucking duck.

Hillary has no one but herself to blame for those emails. If she hadn't been so incompetent, stupid and careless there wouldn't be any emails.

It is what it is folks.

Unless of course you are Careless, then if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, but is liberal and claims to be a frog, then it is a frog.
