Hillary Admits She Knew She Was Breaking The Law

Thanks to the Press, Her Story Keeps On Changing

Hillary initially claimed she had no idea that the 'C' was in the margins of par of documents in parapraphs in her e-mails. (C = Confidential, which is a classified marking)

It was also falsely reported Hillary had never completed security training required to obtain her security training, which according to her camp meant 'she didn't know'. It has since been reported that she DID complete the training. (That claim may have something to do with it being ILLEGAL not to have done so, not to mention extremely careless for a presidential nominee.)

Now her claim that she didn't know what 'C' stood for goes down.

I just finished watching a video clip of Hillary on her brand new plane, confined in a small, inescapable space with the media she decided to invite on her latest campaign trip, a decision I am sure she partly regrets now.

On the flight, the media asked her what she did know and what she didn't. Ever hear the old saying 'Damned if you do, Damned if you don't'?! Hillary had the option of looking clueless about classified markings - not appealing for a presidential candidate, or bragging about her experience...and looking criminal. Hillary chose the latter.

Hillary declared 'of course' she knew what 'C' meant and that she is fully aware of he classification system, as she was in several key Congressional boards that involved classification markings.

So, in that admission, she admitted she broke the law when she used illegal unauthorized unencrypted personal servers and sent/received emails/documents that were classified.

The State Dept said IF Hillary would have asked to use personal servers they would have told her NO. Why?

It actually IS against the law...especially when those servers containing Top Secret information are being stored in the bathroom of an IT tech company that doesn't have the required security clearances to have those servers.

The last 2 Sect of States dId NOT use unauthorized, unencrypted personal servers containing HIGHLY classified, TOP SECRET+ emails and information, from which classified info was sent/received, stored in the BATHROOM of an IT company that did not have the security clearance required to have/maintain those servers.

She admitted that she is experienced with handling classified information...but she claims she could not recognize Top Secret Compartmentalized information - from a program she had to be 'read into' - when she saw it on her e-mail.

She claimed to know how the classified markings and system works, but according to the testimony f several of her staff members Hillary ordered them to strip the classified markings off of documents so they could send them out instead of being delayed because the classified systems for sending them out were down / not working.

She claimed to know how the classified markings and system works but did not know that Top Secret satellite imagery from a Top Secret Satellite that did not have markings on them were still classified due to the source.

You can't have it both ways, Jake - was she lying before now or lying now. (Trick question - we KNOW she was lying before because Comey pointed it out under oath/testimony AND because she received 1 x 'FALSE', 1 x 'PANTS ON FIRE' & 4 x 'PINOCCHIOS' from 3 Fact-Check sites!)

She either KNEW the information was classified and did not give a damn, intentionally choosing to break the law OR she was clueless and low would rather seem criminal than stupid so she is making the claim she knew better.

Jake, did you know according to the laws regarding classified information that if you put UN-classified information on a server with Classified information, EVERYTHING on that server is considered classified at the highest classification of products on that server?

That means if Hillary stored personal, unclassified information on the same server with Top Secret compartmentalized information then it is all classified at that level. Organizations handling classified DO NOT mix multiple classifications. They have an UNCLASS server, a SECRET server, and servers for higher level classified documents - they NEVER MIX different classifications of material on the same server. Hillary did - by doing so she broke the law. By sending things out AS 'Unclassified' from that server she broke the law.

This is something the media is not bothering to mention to the un-intelligent, those who do not know any better.

How do you know..."Trump will send more troops overseas?" We certainly know Hillary is a warmonger, because her past years in government prove it. Trump has no such history, so we don't know. You are not only guessing, but assuming he would be worse than Cankles. Now that is dumb Jake.

Trump was against the Iraq War and condemned it harshly in the R debates, making Little Jebby and the RNC squirm. Trump has also stated a willingness to work with Putin. His approach is clearly at odds with NATO, the Oligarchy, the two parties, Pentagon....plus Big Ears and Cankles clearly have no intention of working with Putin. So does Trump deserve any points for this, in your mind?
