It's stopped snowing in the past 15 minutes, is the halt coming your way? We've got like 8-10" today.
I'd kill for a bit of snow
Not fair! I expect the weather I get hits you in spades!
Like the other, shut up! It's summer in AU!
We have like a foot of snow on the ground, more falling, albeit lightly now. Temps dropping.
The roads? Well seems all the municipalities do not have the revenue projected. So instead of salt, they're using sand, as intersections only. Good for traction, when laid down, but with each car it gets buried. No melting going on, obviously. Sigh, life is trying, not hard, but trying.
Going to be 41c Tuesday - as I said, I'd kill for some snow

...MORE WINTER WEATHER ON THE WAY...
A FAST MOVING CLIPPER SYSTEM WILL TRACK ACROSS THE REGION MONDAY
AFTERNOON THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT BRINGING MORE ACCUMULATING SNOW.
SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO RANGE FROM 1 TO 3 INCHES
GENERALLY SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 80...TO 3 TO 4 INCHES ACROSS FAR
NORTHERN ILLINOIS ESPECIALLY CLOSER TO THE WISCONSIN STATE LINE.
IN ADDITION...NORTHWEST WINDS WILL STRENGTHEN TO 20 TO 30 MPH
MONDAY EVENING ON THE BACKSIDE OF THIS SYSTEM WITH SOME GUSTS TO
35 TO 40 MPH POSSIBLE FROM LATE MONDAY EVENING THROUGH THE
OVERNIGHT HOURS. THE COMBINATION OF THE FRESH SNOW AND WINDS OF
THIS STRENGTH WILL LIKELY LEAD TO WIDESPREAD BLOWING AND DRIFTING
SNOW AND SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED VISIBILITIES MONDAY NIGHT. THE
STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS WILL ALSO USHER IN AN ARCTIC AIR
MASS...WITH WIND CHILLS DROPPING TO 15 TO 25 BELOW ZERO BY EARLY
TUESDAY MORNING. TEMPERATURES WILL HAVE LITTLE RECOVERY DURING THE
DAY TUESDAY UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF THE ARCTIC AIR MASS.
Nah. Minor flurries, and like an inch or so yesterday.. We're headed for a deep freeze this week, tho...
We got a deep freeze last night too. Got down to 35.
Put a . between that 3 and 5, and you might have something to complain about. 35's still warm enough to melt some of this shit.
We've got like 8-10" today.
