This type of publication is called a review. It happens all the time because people don't have time to read all the sources. If the sources are peer reviewed (which they are), then you're reading a review of peer reviewed sources.

This report is meaningless because the result was predetermined.

In this case they can point out that while plastic surgery is possible, the suicide rate for patients is astronomical. That's a fact borne out by study after study after study.

Mental health problems abound in the trans community. Many trannies seek to undo the results of their previous decisions (if they can afford it), only to discover it's no longer possible. That's when some of them jump off a bridge or put a bullet through their heads.
