What was the first movie to use the f-word? I know "My Sharona" was the first song to have an F bomb (accidentally: right before the guitar player played the solo, the singer made a face at him and he yelled "f*ck off!" loud enough for the mics to pick it up slightly). So, what was the first movie? I think I saw an interview with Scorsese where he said Mean Streets was the first to use "realistic language" (IE, Italians guys from Brooklyn definitely have a colorful vocabulary), but that doesn't mean he was the first to use it.

I think I read somewhere that the movie that used the most bad language was either Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back or South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut.
