Here's How To Set Race Relations Back....

So we can chalk you up as one who sees rectitude in judging folks by their skin color.

Interesting epitaph for your tombstone; certainly deserving.

You can chalk me up, write me up, or whatever other way you have of adding me to your insignificant lists. There is nothing wrong with understanding that color plays a large part in how we perceive people in America. Certain ethnicities are cast as the villains and fools like you play along with the game mostly unaware you are being used to line the pockets of some rich guy.

So...you are attempting to hide behind stupidity???

Gonna pretend you don't understand the Holder racialist policies???

He clearly states that even when it is clear that the student has infracted the discipline policies,.....no penalizing if he belongs to an authorized racial group.

Dunce.

What is it about I'm all for that don't you get? Laws and policies were made specifically to benefit whites for the past 400 years. You dont like it? Well thats too damn bad. Do something about it and stop whining.

I am of the view that black Americans will move inexorably and naturally toward conservatism when they are treated as a diverse group with differing interests, and when conservatives stand up for what they believe in rather than standing against blacks.

(But) blacks are not stupid. And no matter how good an idea or proposal is, no one is going to give up the comfort of the leftist status quo as long as they view conservatives as antagonistic to their interest, and conservatives do little or nothing to dispel the perception. If blacks hate or fear conservatives, nothing we say will be heard.

As long as black people engage in group identity and a herd mentality, conservatism has nothing to offer them.

An individualist philosophy based on the content of ones character has no appeal to those who blindly follow the flock. The collectivist ideals of the democrats, that hold that you are no better than your skin color fits more with such a view.

"Laws and policies were made specifically to benefit whites for the past 400 years."

Your fantasy.

I see this as your attempt to retreat from exactly what I called you: you are simply a racist looking for an excuse for your malevolence, your hatefulness.

You have become exactly what you claim you hate.
The reason is that you are as dumb as asphalt.

What an absurd and ignorant post.
I'm surprised at you.

How many of these books have you read?

If your answer is as I suspect, it is time for you to stop slandering folks, and educate yourself.

You are exactly the product the Liberal/Progressive/'DeathPanelDemocrats have aimed at turning out.

Easy to prove: in which of the above list were you personally involved?

Oh...none?

Eisenhower may have felt as
his fellow Republican and soldier Senator Charles Potter did when he stood
on crutches in the well of the Senate—he lost both legs in World War II —
and denounced the Democrats for refusing to pass a civil rights bill. “I
fought beside Negroes in the war,” Potter said. “I saw them die for us. For
the Senate of the United States to repay these valiant men . . . by a watered down version of this legislation would make a mockery of the democratic concept we hold so dear.” Web Extra: Read an Exclusive Excerpt of Ann Coulter?s New Book - ABC News

Democrats blocked every anti-lynching bill that came before the Senate.

"On June 13, 2005, in a resolution sponsored by senators Mary Landrieu of Louisiana and George Allen of Virginia, together with 78 others, the US Senate formally apologized for its failure to enact this and other anti-lynching bills "when action was most needed."[3] From 1882-1968, "...nearly 200 anti-lynching bills were introduced in Congress, and three passed the House. Seven presidents between 1890 and 1952 petitioned Congress to pass a federal law."[3] None was approved by the Senate because of the powerful opposition of the Southern Democratic voting bloc"

I was personally involved in all of them via their repercussions dumbass. Everything that goes before affects that which follows. Those legal policies affected my ancestors which in turn affect me. Somebody evidently forgot to tell you that your ACME person categorizer doesn't work on everyone. Who told I was a democrat, liberal, republican, or a conservative? Why are you quoting people? Is it to move the goal post or just so you look like you have something truly relevant to say?

WHAAAT!

1. " ....a new memo from the Departments of Justice and Education that instructs public schools throughout the country to cease punishing disruptive students if they fall into certain racial categories, such as black or Hispanic.

2. ....it is a violation of federal law for schools to punish certain races more than others, even if those punishments stem from completely neutral rules.

3. ....equal numbers of black students and white students should be punished for tardiness, even if black students are more often tardy than white students. (RELATED: DOJ to schools: It’s racist to punish students for behaving badly, texting in class)
This is madness. There is only one way that this policy would work. To even out the punishment along racial lines, one would have to not punish some students even when it's called for. This would cause conflict because if say two students are late and only one of them gets detention, the other student will object, and rightfully so. If I were the student that was punished, I would go to the school board to argue my case, and if that doesn't work, then civil court. Civil rights are violated when two students are late, and only one gets punished.

What's the prob, daddio.......

Is it the right thing to decide on punishments due to one's race....or due to the infraction?

Why all the tap-dancing????

both courses of action have benefits and detriments. its just another variant of affirmative action. is it worth the extra price to get more blacks into the middle class where they can model a better way of life to their friends and family? maybe. is it fair to those who have to 'pay' for AA? of course not but social engineering always screws someone.

our western society likes to think we can 'fix' poor and coloured people by 'helping' them with lower standards. we pretend it works and ignore the costs because it makes us feel good and slightly superior. it certainly is not the only delusions we hold dear. can art music and sports defend their position?

So...you're opposed?

our lives are a Venn diagram of social spheres. what is appropriate in one area is not neccessarily appropriate in another. dicipline in a lower class, lower achievement school will have a different standard that one with higher class, higher achievement. one size does not fit all.

to be honest, I put my children in a private Catholic high school after a losing battle to improve my community schools. my standards and expectations were different than many of my neighbours. majority rules, or perhaps lowest common denominator.

I prefer to support the Arts rather than sports (although I do have a weakness for MMA) but I do not begrudge someone else for feeling the opposite. I have great respect for religion because I have seen the good that it can do, even though I am an atheist.

there is no 'right' answer to many of society's problems. any choice has its drawbacks and usually can be framed in a way that makes it look either stupid or wrong or uncaring. perhaps your govt is made up of incompetent individuals that are easily swayed by appeals to politically correct ideals, and most of their decisions fail because of the 'law of unintended consequences'. get over it, because it is the same everywhere else too. I am not saying that you should stop caring but if you were in charge there would still be people that criticize, decisions that turned out badly, and injustice in the world.

The Paradoxical Commandments

by Dr. Kent M. Keith

People are illogical, unreasonable, and self-centered.
Love them anyway.

If you do good, people will accuse you of selfish ulterior motives.
Do good anyway.

If you are successful, you win false friends and true enemies.
Succeed anyway.

The good you do today will be forgotten tomorrow.
Do good anyway.

Honesty and frankness make you vulnerable.
Be honest and frank anyway.

The biggest men and women with the biggest ideas can be shot down by the smallest men and women with the smallest minds.
Think big anyway.

People favor underdogs but follow only top dogs.
Fight for a few underdogs anyway.

What you spend years building may be destroyed overnight.
Build anyway.

People really need help but may attack you if you do help them.
Help people anyway.

Give the world the best you have and you'll get kicked in the teeth.
Give the world the best you have anyway.

Say "white people been Brain-washed much lately.

I'd have to agree that any who didn't find Holder's racial policies offensive and worthy of his being fired....must be either cowards or 'brain-washed.'

Or maybe they are intelligent enough to know that punitive actions are not working. Maybe they are intelligent enough to know that feeding the prison system only benefits those that own or invest in privately owned prison corporations publicly traded on wall street.
