Here's an idea....Let DOGE comb through the next budget (point out all of the abuse/waste) post it to their website and then let the congress-critters justify the spending that they themselves sponsor.

Here's an idea....Let DOGE comb through the next budget (point out all of the abuse/waste) post it to their website and then let the congress-critters justify the spending that they themselves sponsor.

2/3's of each House and 3/4's the States and we can have "line item veto" ... or a "balanced budget" amendment ...

Some states use this, I'm curious if that's working out at all ... in theory, that should save money ... my understanding is only by direct vote can Oregon take on debt ... if the appropriated funds run out, government shuts down ... we have to report crime during normal business hours and in person ... but we don't have a debt crisis ...

We're still waiting for MAGA Mike Johnson to send over any appropriation bills at all ... just Democrat pork-barrel CR after Democrat pork-barrel CR ... at least Democrats are getting rich, so there's that ...
