hmmm, I like the sound of it...now combine it with anyone who votes to raise taxes is also ineligible for re-election as well [lest we start raising taxes to make up the difference] and it sounds like a winner....

Cut the Pentagon`s budget in half, for starters. Friendly neighbors north and south and large bodies of water east and west. We have an overabundance of aircraft carriers because we need to go places to start wars.
