Now on to the Green Deal to spend $100 trillion with the dims to finish us off.Trump didn't order the shutdown, moron. Dims voted for every dime of that spending. They won't, of course. When have the not spent every time of a tax increase and then 4 times more?Dims always want more revenue, regardless of the justification they give.Hun, they are going to happen------the globalists want the tax as a way to make them money and to give more and more control over the world especially the coveted America.I do not support carbon taxes and they are not going to happen but they would do no more damage to the country than the massive debt Trump left has.
We are $27 trillion in debt. There is justification.
LOL....so you think they're going to use that money to pay down the debt?
What if they use it to simply not add to the debt? That would at least be better.
Record debt under Trump. You have no soapbox to preach on.
Republicans had the first two years. Record debt in both. The shut down didn't start till this year and the record debt was already blasted off.
I do not deny that the Democrats are every bit as irresponsible as the Republicans but they don't pretend to be.
It's never going to pass. But I'm also good with it if that happens. We need a fresh slate.
WTF?
A fresh slate? Tell us how ripping the American taxpayer off will give us a fresh slate.
How is making people pay for their debt "ripping them off"?
How does a two trillion dollar carbon tax do that exactly?
The discussion was about how taxes must be raised to address the debt. Some think that that would be "ripping off the taxpayers". I didn't say that this tax would address the debt. I said it would be a great idea if it did.
No the conversation is about the carbon tax.
Read the fucken thread title you imbecile.
Bite me. Conversations evolve. You can't jump to the end and then go from there. Stop being lazy. Either catch up or remain on the sidelines.
You claimed the carbon tax was somehow going to lower debt.
Where?
