No they cannot. Business do not have rights. Individuals do. Our Government has one EXPLICIT prime directive, to protect individual rights. They cannot mandate boob jobs for employees. They cannot mandate birth control for employees. They cannot mandate diets for employees. They cannot even choose which birth control they decide not to provide in their health care coverage. They especially cannot mandate an experimental treatment under emergency use authorization. Not only is that law (that they choose to ignore) it’s also insane.

Especially since these vaccines are not FDA approved.

Mandating anything personal by employers is illegal.

It is worth noting that requiring the vaccine AND the waiver is a bit of a head scratcher.

That is the case with ALL vaccines though - any time the doctor gives you a shot they require a waiver and there are many required vaccines to access governmental services that I am required to pay for like schools.

As an RN, If I give you a vaccine without your consent, that is assault. Both ass grabbing and vaccinations against consent are assault There is no difference. An employer is not allowed to mandate healthcare decisions. They are not allowed to fire based on healthcare decisions. Especially for a goddamn vaccine that doesn’t even work. It’s not even a vaccine, it’s a shitty therapeutic. Its the most dangerous vaccine in history, and there’s far more effective treatments and prophylactics out there. It’s also an insane practice to do during a pandemic with this type of rapidly mutating RNA virus. The only thing that is for sure going to happen with the evolutionary pressure we’re putting on the virus (it’s already happening) is that we are going to select a mutation that is resistant to the vaccine. Just like Biden COVID czar, dr Micheal olsterholm, said would happen in March of 2020. We have never produced a vaccine for this type of rapidly evolving RMA virus for that exact reason. We’re watching the vaccine fail against the delta variant in the most heavily vaccinated places, and we’re already talking about the lambda variant. We’ve passively already identified 2000 different variants.

This vaccine nonsense has reached an insane level. We’re watching the milgram experiment play out in real life. Some guy in a lab coat is telling test subjects to shock the other test subjects against their will, and 70% of y’all are doing it.
