Now that my relationship with my brother is bad

I am thinking that after the next crash .I could afford a small house or detached apartment in Henderson
. H is much safer and more normal than Vegas .

I don’t see Phoenix happening

I can’t wait for the housing market in Vegas to crash

I went to see a show at the Green Valley Ranch Casino in 2016. Henderson is nice but if I wasn't the type to indulge in Vegas, I see no reason to live in the Vegas area. Exceptionally, and deceptively hot, with expected difficulties in the years ahead with water.

It’s gone from super cheap to super inflated

My apartment rent went from 1200 to 1700 n only 4 yrs
Anyone new to my apartment is looking at 2400 for a 2 bed
