I don't find it as funny as the narrator does. I've seen too much of this behavior within YouTube videos, and it makes me feel sorry for what the police have to put up with in these situations.

For the love of god, when will these cops learn how to do a basic "Kimura"? How many times do we have to watch cops struggle to get a persons arm behind their back? Literally ANYONE can learn this simple move within a couple minutes. Its not complicated, it doesnt require a lot of strength, and even a smaller woman can do it.
