According to some, this is still full of pork and it would still be bad for the GOP. The Dems do not want it though, so this is perfect politically.
If Dems vote no, the GOP can now tell the American People "this funds the government in a clean, responsible manner for three months, but Dems want their big funding at the expense of the America taxpayer"

"The Musk-Johnson proposal is not serious, it's laughable. Extreme MAGA Republicans are driving us to a government shutdown," said House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries.
Rep. Richard Neal, D-Mass., indicated Democratic leadership would whip their members to vote "no" on the deal.
