Yes, REAL people care about the morality of those who are running their government. The guy is a drunk, a crook, and an abuser of women.

Those who get drunk and sloppy in public, and sexually assault women, are hardly qualilfied to run a business with millions of employees, which is what the Department of Defense truly is. A guy who shows up for work, unprepared, drunk and/or hung over, is a security risk.
