my gf is making one of her bests - fresh bread pudding with home made caramel sauce

we had this tonight. everything was so amazing. the minestrone was soooooooooooooooooooooooo goooooooood. I could have just bowls and bowls of it. for the meatballs we used fresh basil from our planter (we live in apt now no real garden) and it was delicious
