In fact I believe this is the fifth time in recent memory that the dems did not try to blame the gun.

The two attempts on Trump's life, the attempt on Kavanaugh's life, the guy who killed the health care company CEO, and now Kirk.

LOL.....I'm sensing a pattern here but I can't quite put my finger on it. ;)

Since there’s multiple pics online of the shooter and his family surrounded by piles of guns, it’s pretty obvious that wasn’t a major logistical hurdle for him to overcome in his planning of the assassination.

And I’m not blaming the dad/family for having a bunch of guns. That’s their right. I’m just saying it makes the ā€œwhere did the shooter get his gunā€ aspect of this particular shooting no great mystery

OK, shallow then.

My point was gun control laws aren’t being discussed this time cause its obvious they wouldn’t have mattered much in this particular case cause the shooter had access to all the guns he wanted without setting foot in a gun store

Wrong! AOC busted out the anti-gun commentary right away, bitching about "gun violence" and not Democrat violence.

No they haven't blamed the gun. But they've damned sure blamed something far more dangerous to the left, than a gun: And that was Charlie Kirk himself, the ideas he was preaching, and the huge following he had.

Think about it. In the minds of the left, the means justified the end, even if it was a gun, something they hate so much.

Why would they blame the gun? Unfortunately it performed to spec, and apparently, the scope was zeroed, accurately for the 200 meter shot. I don't have one. The only bolt action rifle I own, is the .22, I learned to shoot with, as a child.
You seem to have or have had some of everything. Do you have one of those? If so, how does it shoot?

They always blame the gun!

Last time, I blamed a gun, was a repeated misfire situation on a brand new MP Shield, that could not cycle and very hard to even rack. It actually was, the gun. Dealer took it back, and my son replaced it with a Walther PPQ sub-compact, pretty much like mine, though smaller cut down and with less capacity than mine, but it solved the problem of a dependable accurate CCW weapon. It cost him more, but quite often, you get what you pay for.

In the last two weeks I've bought a Brno (CZ) and a Browning .22 bolt action.

Well the Browning is a t-Bolt (straight pull).

Both are boringly accurate.

FYI: It's a pattern of victim blaming.

Terrorist groups often blame their victims.

interesting, so if he had access to many guns why a WWI and WW2 era mauser german rifle and I know guns and they did not arrived chambered in 30-06, likely 8MM so at some point it must have been "updated" to a more modern hunting rifle, the fact it had a scope suggests it was used often, this was not a collector item store away
